In 2010, 32,885 people died in traffic accidents, in the United States, an estimated 10,228 people who died in drunk driving crashes, of them 433 from DUI crashes in PA alone. This means that three people for every 100,000 Americans were killed in traffic crashes countrywide. This also means that 31% of all traffic deaths of 2010 could have been prevented….
